Absolutely thrilled with the quality and attention to detail, especially with the mounting hardware! I received multiple mounting option hardware, as well as the tools needed to assemble them. I don’t know of any other company that supplies a 13mm ratchet wrench with their mounting hardware, score! The awning sets up and packs away easily! I need to learn how to fold the canvas up better. I do wish the wiring harness for the lights was a single harness instead of two, but that does make it a bit more modular for other setups, being able to run the back lights separate from the front. After purchase, I received a hand written email with shipping date info and a rep to answer any questions I had. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, 10/10 would buy from these guys again!

We love our Naturnest awning with the wall room. We've owned other brands and liked them but the Naturnest has so many great features in their product that make it stand out. The clear windows for cold and/or wet weather allow plenty of light so you don't feel like you're in a cave. It's roomy with the walls up and completely enclosed, prop rods that pivot up to direct rain off the awning, light strips are already installed with easy on/off and color selection. It folds and stows easily and seems quite sturdy so far. We're very happy with our purchase.

We just got the walls last week and made a camping trip to test it out. High quality fabric, velcro works great, everything zips together. Bag is nice and big so everything fits back into it.

We will regularly bring one or two panels to enclose the back of the FJ as well as create a panel for our small projector.

I see it as a great tool to have if its windy!

Slid awning. I had a small delivery issue (two parcels vice one, second wasn't tracked) but Customer service was instant and excellent (reply within 3 hrs). Great design, good features, solid construction (and yes, solid freestanding, and legs make it bombproof). Installation is as expected with this weight and beefiness (two person for the install on brackets/vehicle for sure)...the brackets you need to be a bit handy, and possibly jerry something if your rack type is abnormal, but they include many different types of plates and attachments and lots of bolts/hardware for it (more than they did a year ago I believe). Definitely highly recommend this, especially for the price point.

Received my naturnest awning system and it was an easy install. Product appears extremely well made. Easy to set up and use. Can’t wait to go camping with it and my smittybilt tent.

Best set up on the market for sure! Great customer service as well. You will not be disappointed with the ease of operation and ingenuity put into this unit! Impressive compliments every time it has been deployed at campsites since first two photos I posted. Bought fir a road trip from Florida to California and it became our glamping mobile home.

Just installed the Naturenest 270 passenger side awning. Overall I love it! Very high quality. The only problem I had was that the channel bolts were too big to fit in the backside channel. We had to use the ones from our old awning (different make). Also, it’s definitely a 2 person installation!

Cannot give review I did not receive the mounting brackets awning was delivered on 5/28 it is now 6/10 still no brackets STILL NO BRACKETS don’t know how item is cannot use this item without brackets you stated 3-6 days to get me brackets it has been almost TWO WEEKS and still nothing. You want to post this go ahead and show your incompetence in handling your orders to customers who spend good money on products they cannot use because the mounting brackets were not in the box

When the awning arrived the mounting hardware was missing. The shipping box had a large hole in it sealed by packing tape. The hardware probably fell out. After contacting the company the missing parts were send out with no questions. The mounting took me about a hour doing it alone. With a friend to help it would have been much faster and easier. Not complicated but cumbersome doing it alone. In Jan we put it to use on a trip to Southern California. The awning worked great and packed up smoothly. I suggest tying a bright shoelace to the top of the velcro strap to make it easier to locate. We also purchased to wall kit to go with it. See wall for review and comments.

I was upgrading from a straight ’arb’ style awning. I shopped around for quite a while before settling on this one. It has a great value and very nice construction. Shortly after the order, I was contacted by the seller to let me know if there was any issue in the delivery that they would be there to assist. Unfortunately, there was some shipping damage and some of the fabric materials were worn through due to poor handling by the shipping company. The seller was quick to remedy the problem and went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the transaction. I cannot recommend this product or seller more. An amazing value and excellent service will keep me coming back to this business for other products. Do not hesitate to order from this seller! 10/10!!!

I am very happy with the awning so far! Sets up quickly and rolls up easier than i thought. I love the lights! there was some small spots of damage on the case and some minor fraying of the stitching that i will have to patch with a little rubber paint not a huge deal but kinda sucks that its not perfect for buying new.. maybe use more than one single piece of thin bubble wrap.. wrap the edges more or something in the future. the brackets are very strong but i wish they were L shaped and not T shaped to get a little more height.

This shade is amazing. I was worried the cover and the shade material was going to be thin but that is definitely not the case. It is a very thick and sturdy material. The shade has numerous anchor points that will help with wind and rain. On 4 of the "arms" it has these small bars you can raise upwards to help direct water off the shade. The lights underneath are a great idea. They aren't ridiculously bright like alot of LED's but will provide plenty of light. Each light even has its own on/off switch. The mounting brackets are universal and allow for numerous mounting positions. It comes with u-bolts and regular bolts depending on how you need to mount it. The photos really don't do this shade justice. It is huge and I love it. I had a small issue with my order and Grace with Bamacar made it right immediately. Based on price, size, quality and customer service, I would absolutely order this again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a shade. Just make sure check if you need a driver side mount or a passenger side mount, this is a passenger side mount and that is what I needed for my build.

Love my 270 awning how easy it opens up and the coverage I get from it. The lights are nice and work well !

I’ve been researching awnings for a long time now and always came back to Naturnest. It has all the options and at a fair price. My only complain and the only reason for the three stars is due to the hardware sent with the awning. All of it is absolute crap. I mounted it on my truck and decided it was too high so I wanted to adjust it. While attempting to back the nuts off the bolts, five of the eight snapped off. Once adjusted and while attempting to put it back on, I snapped two more. I have one bolt and one nut left. I now have to go to the hardware store to try to find something that will work and is of a much better grade.

Awning is of quality build and the parts are above average as well. Customer service is A+ and very responsive if you have issues.
